First-Aid Certification Course
for Coaches
The courses will be given by
Section VIII and held at the
Nassau BOCES
Administrative Center, 71
Clinton Road, Garden City on the following dates:
 State Mandated 16 Hour
Course
6:00 -10:00 p.m.
Full First-Aid/CPR /AED ($130.00)
No prior course or expired card
CPR (over 1 year)
First-Aid (over 3 years)
Requirement - 4 nights (16 hours)
(This course must be completed before starting to coach)
CPR/AED Course
($40.00)
No card or expired CPR card (over 1 year)
Requirement - 4 hours (1st night)
Full First-Aid
($90.00)
Must have current CPR card
Requirement - 12 hours (2nd, 3rd, & 4th nights)
First-Aid Update
($60.00)
Current unexpired First-Aid Card
Requirement - 8 hours (2nd & 3rd nights)
Please Note: All current CPR & first-aid cards must be shown to the
instructor.

Payment by CERTIFIED CHECK or MONEY ORDER only (please make payable to
Section VIII Athletic Council). Include your name, address, home
telephone number, the school you coach for and the date of the course
you wish to take.
