Department of Curriculum, Instruction and Technology

As the Assistant Director of Curriculum, Instruction and Technology, Valerie D'Aguanno brings over 12 years of experience in teaching and administration to Nassau BOCES. As Assistant Director, she helps coordinate the delivery of curriculum, instructional and technical services for the 56 school districts served by Nassau BOCES.

Prior to her coming to Nassau BOCES, she served for six years as Director of Instructional Technology in East Meadow, the largest school district in Nassau County, where she had responsibility for a wide variety of supervisory, Evaluation, curriculum development, and grant administration tasks. She previously served for five years as a computer and business teacher at the W.T. Clarke Middle School.
