Chancery Student Management Solutions include a family of products and upgrades. SMS is the complete web-based solution utilizing the most current technologies for K-12 administration that branches from home to school to district. SMS is fully centralized and has enriched district features that include SA129, AT6 and other state reports. SMS has both elementary and secondary functionality. SMS includes homeroom and period attendance, elementary and secondary grade reporting, teacher grade book, report cards, transcripts, discipline tracking and scheduling for all grade levels. SMS is SIF compliant, which allows communication between other SIF compliant software such as transportation, food management, financial and instructional packages.

Win School and Mac School are the client/server versions of the Chancery student management solutions that have all the secondary features of the Chancery SMS product and some of the elementary features.

K-12 Planet is the home-to-school connection for parents, students, teachers and administrators to monitor student progress through a secure website.
