Test Scoring and Reporting:  Custom Reports

This service provides machine scoring of all state assessments and a large number of widely used publishers’ tests. It also provides custom designed scan forms for use with district-developed assessments, reports for all students, and reports sorted by general or special education. Click here for the order form. Nassau BOCES staff imports test results into the LEAP software for transmission to SED.  To see sample reports, click the links below:

1 - Administrative Summary:  Statistical Reports of Performance Levels by :

2 - Administrative Summary by Disability (LEAP file required): Statistical Report of Performance Levels by Disability and Level of Integration

3 - Building List Report- Scale Score & Performance Level: NYS Scale Score and Performance Level for all students alpha

4 - Comparison of Like Districts (LEAP file required): Statistical Report of Performance Levels by Ethnicity and Poverty compared to a Similar District (indicate similar district)

5 - ELA Complete Cluster Report: MC Raw score, Listening, Independent Writing, Writing Mechanics, Reading and Analytic Scores alpha for All Students

6 - ELA Cluster Analysis by 4 Cluster Objectives: Listening Independent Writing, Writing Mechanics, and Reading scores grouped alpha by total points for each cluster

7 - Individual Item Analysis: Multiple Choice Item Analysis by School for All Students including Nassau County and District Percent correct per item.

8 - Intermediate/Elementary Key Objective Analysis: Scores grouped alpha by total points for each math objective   

9 - Learning Standard Analysis: For each Math Standard, total points and Percent correct alpha by School.

10 - Longitudinal Performance Level Summary (1999-02): Graph containing 3 years of data based on performance Levels

11 - Percent Correct by Standard (Graph): Bar graph containing Percent correct by standard by School

12 - Performance Level Report- By level/alpha: Alpha listing of all student by school by Performance Levels: Level 4 (Advanced, Level 3 Proficient, Level 2H/2 L Basic, Level 1 Not Proficient

13 - Performance Level Report- By level/score descending: Listing of all students in descending order by school by Performance Levels: Level 4 (Advanced), Level 3 (Proficient), Level 2H/2 L (Basic), Level 1 (Not Proficient)

14 - Standard Performance Index: Alpha listing of all students by school of SPI for each objective

15 - Standard / Skills Analysis: District and County Averages by Standard for each test item (Multiple choice and extended response)
