A project manager will be assigned to coordinate and manage
your technology project.

This professional is responsible for overseeing all
aspects of your project from initial planning, through purchasing, installation
and additions for the life of the contract.
The Project Manager, in concert with BOCES
technical experts and content area specialists, will meet with school
district administrators to understand the school districts vision, goals
and needs.
Nassau BOCES and your school district administrators will discuss and review
your current infrastructure, equipment and service.
Based on these discussions and
analyses, Nassau BOCES will develop a plan for your current and
future needs.

Provided by BOCES Technical Services Department,
LAN/WAN specialists will make site visits and develop an
infrastructure plan, and can include local area network, wide area network
and wireless designs.

This infrastructure design may include data, video
and/or voice.
