How can I post a survey?
Send your survey title and questions to Matthew Hejna. He will
post it for you.
How do I get the password to view survey results?
The password will be the same for all surveys. It will be
specified on the Thank You page once you have completed a
survey.
If I lose or delete the link to a survey that I would like
to respond to, what should I do?
Contact Matthew Hejna and he will send you the link.
Should I share the password with anyone outside of my
district?
No.
