Department of Curriculum, Instruction and Technology

The Physical Education Consortium for Nassau County is a union of school districts that consolidate efforts to offer quality workshops in the areas of health and physical education. This program addresses the needs of each school district's program and offers workshops in several traditional and innovative areas such as New York State Learning Standards Assessments, Project Adventure, Polar Heart Monitors, Adaptive Physical Education and Technology in Physical Education. Workshops are conducted at various school locations and expertise of local physical educators is highlighted.
