	Shana Patrick Program of Alternative Comprehensive Education (P.A.C.E.) Long Beach CSD When she enrolled at P.A.C.E. in Brookville, Shana Patrick had just two goals: to improve her grades and graduate on time. She surpassed both. Not only did she make the honor roll every quarter, she also graduated six months early and enrolled at Nassau Community College. As president of P.A.C.E.'s Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD) chapter from 2009 to 2011, Shana inspired classmates by striving to make a difference at school and beyond.
