Career Support Services
Young Adult Workforce Transition
 This program prepares aging-out students with special needs
for productive futures. Candidates must be:
- Between 18 and 21 years old
- Classified as special education students
- Recommended by their school districts to receive transitional
services
OR
Out-of-school individuals who require postgraduate
transitional services.
The services received are:
- Short-term vocational training
- Workplace preparation
- Life skills preparation
- Employment at the end of the training
