ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT FOR CURRICULUM AND INSTRUCTION
Effective September 22, 2008
Candidates are required to have a broad background in
elementary and secondary education programs or comparable experiences
and a minimum of ten years of combined successful experience as a
teacher and administrator. Advanced degree, doctorate preferred, with
demonstrated knowledge in:
Current
research related to educational administration; data driven instruction;
effective instructional trends in curriculum and instructional
technology; curriculum planning; implementation and evaluation.
Must
have proven leadership in developing, implementing and evaluating
effective educational programs and services.
Salary commensurate with training and experience.
PROBATIONARY POSITION
GENERAL MUSIC AND CHORUS TEACHER
Must
have piano skills and appropriate NYS certification.
