Automated Substitute Calling System

School district employees enter absences directly into our Substitute Calling System 24 hours a day—by phone or over the web. Once an absence has been entered, the system matches the absent employee’s classification (teacher, teacher aide, etc.) and finds a substitute from a database. It then contacts the substitute by phone and offers him or her the job. Substitutes also have the ability to log into the system 24 hours a day—by phone or over the web—to look for jobs.
