Positive Alternative Twilight High School (PATHS)

This program currently serves a consortium of four school districts:  Island Trees, Plainedge, Seaford and Wantagh. It provides an alternative setting during early evening hours for students who have not succeeded in the traditional educational system. PATHS is designed to meet the individualized needs of students who have the potential to be successful and productive citizens but need to complete their high school diploma.

The program equips students with the tools necessary to return successfully to their home high schools and helps them prepare for post-secondary education or employment. Classes meet Monday through Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in small group settings.
