Our Interim Placement Program assists component school districts looking to fill temporary administrator, teaching and pupil-personnel vacancies. We need qualified and experienced retired professionals who are willing to fill interim positions throughout the county. All interim professionals must possess a valid New York State certification as an administrator, teacher or within the area of pupil personnel.
All interims hired through the Interim Placement Program will be employees of the school district in which they work. Where applicable, the interim and school district must apply for a Section 211 waiver.
