Call Center

The call center is an expansion of Nassau BOCES’ Helpdesk, which answers more than 50,000 technology and facilities service calls perccc  school year.

 It is staffed with specialists trained to help district personnel navigate the agency’s more than 130 programs and services – either by answering questions directly, pointing callers to one of Nassau BOCES’ educational experts or, when appropriate, directing them to an external provider.
