Culinary Career Academy
Participants in the School for Culinary Arts focuson the skills necessary to obtain employment inthe field of culinary arts as a prep cook, line cook or higher administrative position such as sous chef or executive chef. Participants will learn the fundamentals of culinary arts including, but not limited to, the use of specific tools, techniques and skills necessary to achieve employment in cold food preparations, hot food preparations, sauce, soup, stock and vegetable cookery. Each participant will learn techniques to produce savory food items that incorporate vegetable and starch cookery as well as meat fabrication and entréebased cooking techniques. This is an essential institute for anyone interested to work in the culinary field.

Adult Career and Technical Education Training presents the Culinary Institute. This program is an exciting, professional level, fast paced culinary arts program for adults.
