Work order requests
When a program is hosting an after-hours event (i.e. any event occurring after normal school hours or on weekends), a work order request must be submitted to Facilities Services requesting both custodial and security staff for the event. The work order must include the date of the event, the specific room location(s), the start time and end time, and the number of people expected to be in attendance. It should also include any specific instructions.
All work order requests should be submitted a minimum of one week in advance of the event. It is extremely important to submit a work order request to ensure that proper staffing is in place for health and safety. Once the work order request is received, it will be reviewed by the Safety Coordinator and Central Administration, prior to approval.
