Position: Adult Education P/T Instructor – Phlebotomy Technician Program
Description: Instructing adult students in our Phlebotomy Technician Program. This program includes 60 instructional hours to teach students anatomy and physiology and the skills necessary to effectively draw blood samples and comfort patients in the venipuncture process.

Position: Adult Education P/T Instructor – Trade Electric Program
Description: Instructing adult students in our NCCER (National Center for Construction, Education and Research) Electric Level I Program. This program includes 240 instructional hours, preparing students for the current demands in the industry. Students will learn the fundamentals and more complex phases of both commercial and residential electrical construction, as well as basic construction site safety.

Position: Direct Care Instructor
Requirements:
Degree (or student) in early childhood development
Or
Certificate in child development (Child Development Associate) with experience as a teacher Assistant/Aid
Or
High school diploma with 2+ years’ experience working with day care center age group (0-5) and experience teaching (or assisting) young adultsDescription: Instruct young adults with varying barriers, the fundamentals of early childhood education, with a focus on the developmental stages of age groups (0-5).
Provide instruction on center-based curriculum including playtime, story time, and other age-appropriate related activities, utilizing various hands-on techniques such as role playing, video feedback, and scenarios.
Instruct students on effective strategies and best practices in assisting children in gaining social, language, physical and other developmental milestones
Ability to evaluate students’ ongoing progress, once at the work site, providing the tools and strategies needed to effectively work with children.

Position: Stock and inventory
Qualifications: High School Diploma, experience working with individuals with disabilities or other barriers to employment, retail or warehouse experience a plus, experience as a job coach a plus
Description: Provide students with skills necessary to be employed in carious employment settings including retail, warehouse, shipping and receiving.
Instruction on cashiering, money skills, inventory, putting together boxes, lifting, picking, and packing orders, sorting, scanning, etc.
Use of basic office equipment: shredding machine, office machines (copier, fax)
Basic computer skills – excel (setting up spreadsheets for inventory), work, email, attachments, etc.
Instruction on customer service skills
Ability to evaluate students’ ongoing progress and develop strategies for instruction students to the best of their ability.
