The Nassau BOCES Equity, Inclusivity, and Belonging (EIB ) Support Service will provide Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Culturally Responsive-Sustaining Education (CRSE) resources to participating districts. This service will offer guidance, best practices, and training on developing and implementing district policy and practices to ensure that all students feel they are welcome, they belong, and they are supported. Nassau BOCES will partner with school districts to customize services needed to implement DEI practices, review plans, and policy, and support professional learning to advance equity, inclusivity, and belonging.
