Support and Getting Started
Accela, along with Nassau BOCES, works with your school district to customize the software to meet your agenda processes, will set-up and conduct initial and on-going refresher training to all users and provide 24x7 Help Desk Support.
The first level of Help Desk Support is provided by Nassau BOCES personnel. BOCES will conduct phone and on-site support ensuring the School District receives all the support and assistance needed. Evening support, after 4:00 PM is provided by IQM2.
