Register early! Advance registration prevents you from being closed out of a workshop.

2. Payment Policy:
Advance payment is required for anyone without a Purchase Order. We cannot bill districts without a prior commitment from that district.
3. Payment Options:
Registrants from Nassau BOCES component districts
Check or money order (payable to Nassau BOCES- Coser 507)
Credit Card (VISA or MasterCard only)
Purchase order
Registrants outside of Nassau County
Suffolk County participants may register with: personal check, money order, credit card or purchase order. *If paying by purchase order, a cross-contract must be submitted with registration.
NYC and Private Schools may register with: personal check, money order, credit card or purchase orders. * If paying by purchase order, a cross-contract must be submitted with registration.
4. Cancellation Policy:
If a participant has registered for, but is unable to attend, a Nassau BOCES workshop, they are required to drop their workshop registration on Frontline/MLP at least 7 days prior to the start date of the workshop. In the event the participant does not cancel within this timeframe, the participant/district will be billed.
5. School Closings:
In case of inclement weather, please check the Nassau BOCES website or Facebook/Twitter accounts for announcements about closings or cancellations. You can also sign up for email notifications or listen to local radio or TV stations for news about weather-related closings.
