30% : WORK ETHICS (DAILY PERFORMANCE) GRADE
 Each day students will receive a grade for safety, behavior, preparation/participation, productivity, professional appearance and extra effort.)

40%: SKILL GRADE
 lab practicals and demonstrations, clinic grade/internships

30%: KNOWLEDGE GRADE 
written exams, quizzes, reports, and homework
