To advance my vision for the students in my care, I ask parents and students to embrace and support this vision.

I seek to:
o Develop leaders in the cosmetology field
o Develop a dynamic frame work of knowledge and skills
o Promote parental involvement
o Use appropriate assessment tools to measure students success and determine the aspects of instruction that need to be adjusted
o Promote partnerships with the cosmetology industry and the community at large

The student will:
o Develop a love for the cosmetology profession through interactions with students, outside professionals and the teacher.
o Be prepared for the Cosmetology written and practical exams.
o Learn Cosmetology related content
o Build collaborative relationships with their peers and the teacher.
o Be prepared to perform well on assessments.
