All employees face difficult times and encounter challenges throughout their careers. Nassau BOCES is sensitive to this reality; it’s why we offer the Employee Assistance Program subscription program.

EAP is designed to assist school districts in identifying and resolving problems associated with employees whose job performance is impaired by personal concerns. EAP also provides unlimited, voluntary access for school district employees and their families is available for those seeking assistance for personal problems.

This confidential counseling service provides employees with an outside, third-party resource that offers help in coping with various family, health, financial and legal issues. Workshops can be customized for school district’s unique needs.
