Eric B. Schultz

Eric B. Schultz has served as a member of the Nassau BOCES Board of Trustees since 2001, holding the potions of President from 2014 until 2019 as well as Vice President and District Clerk.
He was a member of the Plainview-Old Bethpage Board of Education from July 1988 to June 2000, in which he held the positions of President and Vice President.
Mr. Schultz has presided over and presented at numerous state and local conferences, and he is a past member and Chairperson of the New York State School Boards Association Resolutions Committee. Mr. Schultz was a member of the executive committee of the Nassau-Suffolk School Boards Association from 1993 to 2000, and he received the association's Distinguished School Board Member award in 2000. He has been honored for his school board service by Scope Educational Services and named as a Nassau BCOES Educational Partner.
A graduate of C.U.N.Y. Brooklyn College and Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Schultz has headed his own law firm specializing in civil litigation and real estate law since 1998. He serves as corporate counsel to businesses, including cooperative housing corporations.
