Refund and Transfer Policies

    Online Learning Refund Policy
      

    ·       Refund requests must be made in writing and received prior to the end of the 3rd week of the course.  Please state the reason for your request and include the name of the course, course start date, your full name, address, telephone number and email address.  You may email your request to adultreg@nasboces.org or fax your request to (516) 832-2853. 

    ·       No refund will be granted beyond the 3rd week of the course start date

    ·       No refund will be given if the student has either completed (pass or fail) or earned a certificate.

    ·       Refund determinations will be made solely at the discretion of Nassau BOCES

     Online Learning Transfer Policy
     

    ·       Transfers from one class session to another(same course only) must be in writing and received prior to the course start date. Please state the reason for your request and include the name of the course, course start date, new course start date you would like to transfer into, your full name, address, telephone number and email address. You may email your request to adultreg@nasboces.org or fax your request to (516) 832-2853. 

    ·       There is no provision to transfer from one course to a different course using the prior payment.
