Make Geography Come Alive!
Imagine a gym-floor sized map of Long Island coming to your school!
This Map, created and designed through a grant from the Nassau BOCES Foundation for Education and fashioned after National Geographic’s Giant Maps program is available for school-based programs throughout the school year. The LI Map comes with hands-on (and "feet-on") activities and two of our naturalists to facilitate the program.
