35% WORK ETHICS (DAILY PERFORMANCE) GRADE
Each day students will receive a grade for safety, behavior, preparation/participation, productivity, extra effort, steadiness and attendance.

40% SKILL GRADE
Lab practicals and clinical rotation skills exhibited at Cold Spring Hills Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation


25% KNOWLEDGE GRADE
Written exams, quizzes, assignments, homework and projects
