Nassau BOCES has received a generous $2,500 grant from Adventureland’s Helping Hands Foundation in support of the agency’s Compassion in Action program. The donation reflects the Foundation’s ongoing commitment to giving back to Long Island communities and supporting families in need.
The Compassion in Action program provides critical assistance to families facing financial hardship, helping to remove barriers that can interfere with student success. This contribution will go directly toward supporting those efforts—strengthening our ability to serve the students and families who rely on us during challenging times.
The check was formally accepted by the Nassau BOCES Board of Education and will be used to expand the reach and impact of the program throughout the year.
