Compassion in Action provides 101 winter coats to students in need

Winter weather has arrived, and with it the critical need for warm clothing. This year, Compassion in Action provided 101 winter coats to students across Nassau BOCES programs. The coats were collected and purchased through generous employee donations and the support of our Nassau BOCES community.

Thank you to everyone who contributed funds, donated new coats, or assisted with the organizing, sorting and distribution efforts. Your support ensures that our students can stay warm, feel cared for and remain focused on learning throughout the winter season.

If you become aware of any students impacted by the shutdown who may need assistance, please reach out to compassioninaction@nasboces.org so we can help.
