Nassau BOCES Adult Learning Center announces registration dates for Spring 2025 ESL and GED Classes

Adult Learning Center is pleased to announce the registration dates for the Spring 2025 English as a Second Language (ESL) and General Education Diploma (GED) classes. These programs are designed to help adults aged 21 and over increase their employability and enhance their educational qualifications.

Registration for classes will take place at the following times and locations:

Levittown/Adult Learning Center – Friday, January 10, 9 a.m.
3100 Hempstead Turnpike, Building D, Levittown
Morning ESL/GED classes

Levittown/Adult Learning Center – Tuesday, January 7, 5:30 p.m.
3100 Hempstead Turnpike, Building D, Levittown
Evening ESL/GED classes

Freeport Memorial Library – Friday, January 3, 10 a.m.
144 W. Merrick Road, Freeport
Morning ESL classes

Freeport Dodd Middle School - Thursday, January 9, 5:30 p.m.
25 Pine Street, Freeport
Evening ESL classes

Valley Stream Memorial Junior High – Monday, January 13, 5:30 p.m.
320 Fletcher Avenue, Valley Stream
Evening ESL classes 

Please note that all registrations must be done in person, and students are required to bring photo identification for the registration process. Allow 1-2 hours for testing and paperwork completion. Seats are limited, so early registration is encouraged.
