In accordance with Asbestos Hazards Emergency Response Act (AHERA), all Nassau BOCES school buildings have been inspected by an accredited inspector that identified accessible assumed or confirmed asbestos-containing building materials (ACBM). The findings of this inspection are located within the asbestos management plan. The management plan, as well as the most recent re-inspection, surveillance and response action clearance reports, are maintained in the office of each school building.
