As a graduate of GC Tech we invite you to join this new group. We hope to create opportunities to share your experiences with current and former students, as well as a chance to serve as a role model to students who are passionate about your industry. Eventually we hope to offer a variety of networking and career opportunities.

Important Next Steps for 2022-2023 Graduates

All Programs – Download a copy of your resume, cover letter and any documents or emails you want in the future. These materials are deleted after you complete the program.  

Plumbing/Automotive/Construction Electricity – You have received your OSHA certification and NCCER credentials. Be sure to keep your documents in a safe place to give to employers.   

Cosmetology – Register for your State board exam by visiting https://dos.ny.gov/cosmetology  Let us know when you receive your license. 

Medical Assisting – Your CHP provisional certification expires in two years.  You must upgrade your certification before it expires by following the steps provided on the Certified Health Professionals website.  https://www.chpcertified.com/certifications/clinical-medical-assistant  

EMT – To receive your 6 college credits go to http://veebems.org/ download transcript request form and give to the college admissions office.  If you have not completed the EMT certification course you must complete within one year of graduation.  

Police Science – Please keep your certification paperwork in a safe place to give to employers.
