Nassau BOCES moves professional development forward by putting innovative ideas into best practice with workshops, conferences and seminars that prepare teachers, administrators and support staff to lead in classrooms and schools.

Our Center for Professional Development catalog is searchable by:

• course title
• content area (i.e. math, English, science, social studies, art, business, special education, career education, administration, etc.)
• teaching standard
• date
• or key word.

Using “Advanced Search Options” our professional development activities are searchable by program, month, category, activity format (i.e. elementary, high school, middle school, administrators, etc.), or instructor.

To enroll in one of our professional development activities, click on the link and select “Enroll.” Each activity will provide you with a description of the workshop, the fee (if there is one), and a point of contact for additional information.
