All Threat/Risk training led by Dr. Kostas A. Katsavdakis, Ph.D., ABPP- Kostas A. Katsavdakis, Ph.D., ABPP is a Licensed Psychologist and Diplomate in Forensic Psychology with the American Board of Professional Psychology. He has extensive experience in Forensic Evaluations, the Clinical Assessment and Treatment of juveniles and adults and Threat Assessment and Management. Dr. Katsavdakis conducts threat assessments/management, including at the request of the United States Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of New York for counterterrorism related cases and as an Associate with Work Trauma Services, based in San Francisco, for workplace and campus settings .In addition to his forensic and threat management practice, he maintains a clinical caseload, providing individual treatment for adults and juveniles. Dr. Katsavdakis has presented nationally on topics such as Threat Assessment and Management and is currently an Associate Professor-Adjunct at John Jay College of Criminal Justice where he teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in psychology of criminal behavior, forensic psychological testing, assessment of psychopathy and psychology/law.

From NASSP- The NASSP Principal Recovery Network Guide to Recovery- Founded in April 2019, the NASSP Principal Recovery Network (PRN) is a national network of current and former school leaders who have experienced gun violence tragedies in their buildings. Together, the PRN seeks to assist principals in the immediate aftermath of a crisis and beyond. PRN members reach out directly to their colleagues to provide much needed support, share the combined wisdom of their experience with the larger principal community through various outlets, assist schools during recovery, and advocate for national school safety enhancements and violence prevention programs.
