In order to complete the enrollment of your students in their courses, the Online Learning Academy (OLA) requires a 'Letter of Agreement' signed by either your district's Superintendent or the district's Assistant Superintendent for Business. OLA also requires a contract signed by the student, parent or guardian and the school district Mentor. Below you will find links to the required documents. Print and complete these documents including required signatures. Submit all completed documents to Nassau BOCES by uploading them through your external files accessible through your Genius profile.
