Stephen B. Witt, of Woodmere, is retiring from the Nassau BOCES Board of Education after eight terms and 23 years of service.

On April 16, the Nassau BOCES 2019-20 Administrative Operations Budget was approved by 53 of the 56 boards of education in Nassau. In addition, three BOCES Board members were reelected: Ronald Ellerbe, Fran N. Langsner and Robert “B.A.” Schoen.
