Job Description:
 As a Nurse of Heritage Homecare Services, you will be provide the best quality for each patient according to the specific orders from there physician. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
♦ Administration of prescribed medication, treatment and therapies
♦ Care Planning
♦ Communication with other members of the patients’ multi-disciplinary team
♦ Coordination of Care
♦ Emergency Management
♦ Health Promotion and Teaching
♦ Patient Assessments
♦ Supply Management
♦ Training of Family Members
Qualification:

Specific qualifications for these roles include:

♦ Diploma, Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in nursing from a state accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Program or Registered Nurse (RN) Certificate
♦ Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification
♦ Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
♦ Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
♦ Physical ability to walk, lift, stand, bend, kneel, see, hear, and talk clearly
♦ Bilingual

Compensation: LPN $25.00 per Hour

RN $29.00 per Hour
