| Job Description | CONCRETE FIELD TECHNICIAN.M.C. Materials Testing. We are leaders in the concrete testing industry, with an available opportunity for an entry-level position. We are offering a $500.00 sign on bonus after 90 days of employment. Requirements: ACI 1 Certification (willing to train) High School Diploma or equivalent. Job Description: Visit various job sites in the 5 boroughs to perform controlled concrete inspections during the placement of concrete. Working knowledge of the principles and terminology in the Construction Inspection Industry .Prior work experience in the Construction Inspection Industry (with references) a plus. Reliable means of transportation. Weekend Availability if necessary. Qualifications: * Must be in good shape and able to lift 50-100 pounds repetitively. Excellent communication skills are required. Knowledgeable and able to read plans and specifications. Must be a team player and work well with others. Organization skills. Flexible work hours as requested. Must be punctual.
