Psychologists and social workers from Nassau BOCES Health and Allied Services headed to the Brookville Outdoor and Environmental Education Center for a day of collaboration, communication, creativity and critical thinking among colleagues. The team-building activities, low-challenge course, and the naturalists encouraged participants to rely on one another to achieve success. The psychologists and social workers also were introduced to new ideas and activities which can be utilized with the students for whom they provide social and emotional support.
