Barry Tech Veterinary Science seniors Ariel Hernandez, Massapequa UFSD and Kelis White, Lynbrook UFSD are essential workers helping to care for the animals at Long Island Veterinary Specialists in Plainview and Hilton Hospital for Animals in Lynbrook, respectively. We also have students working as veterinary assistants, kennel workers and supermarket cashiers. We salute them for continuing to work and help our communities.
