Ricardo has been at CCA for seven years, where staff had the pleasure of watching him transform into the fine young man that he has truly become. He is polite, kind and considerate of others and always offers to help and support his peers and staff. Ricardo’s maturity has shown tremendous growth. He shows a high level of respect and appreciation towards both staff and students. Ricardo is also very passionate about his family and community. He is supportive of his parents and brothers and always puts family first. He enjoys helping his neighbors with shoveling, mowing and small home and garden repairs. Ricardo is very interested in auto mechanics and attended and completed the Barry Tech Auto Mechanic Program. Ricardo presents positive characteristics in all aspects of learning, from classroom academics, specials, clubs, worksites as well as out in the community. His character is that of an honest, thoughtful, humble and kind young man. Ricardo is very well liked by his peers and has become a role model to his fellow classmates. His smile lights up the entire room and he has also developed a great sense of humor to accompany his bright smile. He has risen to every expectation without compromise. He is driven to succeed. Ricardo welcomes each day as an opportunity to learn and grow. He participates in Key Club, social event planning, fund raising and school functions. Ricardo is the perfect example of perseverance and determination. He has grown into a shining star.
