Chris is a motivated learner who has demonstrated tremendous growth academically and socially, and demonstrates a desire to continue to develop and improve. He is a hard worker who is cooperative, respectful, honest and possesses strong moral principles. He is well respected by both his teachers and his peers, and volunteers his time to help fellow students who are struggling to complete assignments.

Chris plans to attend college and is currently exploring post-secondary options in law, criminal justice and the arts. A mature, articulate and insightful student, he boasts high grades, and excels in English, history, math and science. To enhance his studies, he requests additional assignments in unique areas of interest, such as astronomy. He also has an excellent attendance record.

Chris was selected as a representative on the Shared Decision Making Committee, where he advocates for his classmates. He was also chosen to speak before the Long Island District Superintendents about the impact of the pandemic and how best to support students in meeting the challenges it presents.
