Indoor Air Quality Forms

Whenever an Indoor Air Quality issue arises the school district should document the event from beginning to conclusion. This includes initial documentation of the time and place of initial awareness to be followed by an intensive interview with the occupamts. Those indiacting a concern should be asked to complete an occupant diary which will help to further refine the issue while also making the occupants partners in the process of resolution. An incident log should be established to give a global sense of the problem and help to identify trends. Pollutant pathways should also be established to establish if the actual problem emanates from the area of concern or a distant location. This can then lead to a hypothesis as to the cause of the issue and recommendations for resolution.
